Teaching

It is a privilege to teach students at Columbia Law School and New York University School of Law. These bright sparks represent the future of the legal profession, and each semester, they inspire me by teaching me something new also.

My course tracks the steps of the financing of a leveraged buyout from the initial term sheet through closing, and aims to give students a meaningful advantage in any kind of transactional practice.

It is deeply rewarding to see students become less intimidated by a credit agreement, dive into negotiation and drafting exercises, and consider business development strategies in their own skin.
