Law School Teaching

Teaching at Columbia Law School and New York University School of Law

It is a privilege to teach students at Columbia Law School and New York University School of Law.

My course tracks the steps of the financing of a leveraged buyout from the initial term sheet through closing, and aims to give students a significant advantage in any kind of transactional practice.

Students become familiar with credit agreements, evaluate the potential impact of various intercreditor arrangements, dive into negotiation and drafting exercises, learn why closing mechanics really matter, and explore how to approach business development in an effective and authentic way.

These bright sparks represent the future of the legal profession, and each semester, they inspire me by teaching me something new.
